Closing Day

Its official, Annmarie and Steve closed on their new home today and started to move in right away. Alisa and mom took a car load over of mostly kitchen items. Here are just a few pics because we were excited to start the process of getting them settled. It is such a beautiful home, they did a great job picking out everything. Have a fun weekend moving in,sorry your family will be in Mexico but we will think of you often.

Jake's Major Award

Yesterday Jake received a major award from his job. He has been a trading assistant with Charles Schwab for over a year now. The award was for teamwork in their R.E.A.C.H for a Trillion program. He came home with a trophy and a large cardboard check, so it must be leggit. We are all so proud of Jake and his accomplishments. Watch out Mexico, Jake has money burning a hole in his pocket.

Happy 5th Birthday Landon

Another year older for Landon. We have been so blessed to have Landon as a part of our family for these five years. He is such a fun boy and we love him so much. Here are 5 things we love about him.

2. His fun laugh and sense of humor
3. His blonde hair and blue eyes
4. The way he will talk to you in person for hours but won't say a word on the phone.
5. That he is the protector of his 3 sisters.

Who would have thought

We know there is plenty of white snow on the ground but who would have thought we would have it in the house. Dad is preparing himself for the Mexico trip so he did the unthinkable............bought his first pair of shorts in years. Don't worry Alisa has already informed him of the dress code, no socks and sandles, and no tucking in the shirt. Stay tuned for the swimsuit edition.

Happy birthday to the happiest and most loving boy you will ever meet. We all love you so much and wish we were closer to be a part of your special day!!

Colorado Mammoth

Jake and I have become huge fans of indoor lacrosse so much that this is our 2nd round of season tickets. It can get pretty intense and such a fun atmosphere. We had our 2nd game of the season last night and during halftime they had a Wingbowl. Its where 4 people eat has many wings in a 5 minute time span. The winner ate over 40 ounces of wings, gross! The Mammoth did end up winning 14 to 11 but it was close.

The Sick Bug

So yesterday Alisa and mom woke up sick and spent the whole day in their respected beds barely saying a word to each other. We all hoped it would end there but Jake came home from work today feeling sick. Hopefully,it will spare the others.
